Skills Training

Athletes First offers group and private volleyball lessons every day of the week. Our coaches take pride in focusing on the details while teaching the bigger picture of the game.

Individualized Instruction

We understand that every player learns differently. We utilize everything from video review to pure repetition and everything in between.

Maximize Your Potential

Athletes First will make every athlete a contender at whatever level they are willing to strive for. We will not just practice until we get it right, we will practice until we rarely get it wrong.

Camps and Clinics

Athletes First offers an array of class options for young athletes. These classes range from the All-Skill Volleyball Clinics to clinics that focus on a specific skill or position.
