Instruction and Consulting

Lessons:

Lessons cover the full range of volleyball skill levels. Private lessons are available for individuals, but also for multiple athletes and groups. Our coaches are able to offer private lessons to our athletes year round. Athletes First has some of the the most qualified and experienced coaches to fit every need and every skill level. Our goal is to help athletes develop their full potential and private lessons are a great personalized way of achieving this for any player!

Consulting:

Athletes First Volleyball Consulting will give you personal technical feedback and recommendations through video analysis. We will watch your video, take notes, and provide you with analysis of the requested individual or team skill, technical feedback, recommendations, and suggested drills that will improve your or your team's game
